Zane came to LSIA with several years of experience in legal support and records retrieval, including work as a third-party requestor for multiple law firms, and that background gave her a full picture of how medical records and bills carry a personal injury case from the first request to its resolution. She knows that gathering the documents is only the beginning, so she makes it her job to see that every file is complete, accurate, and organized as a client’s case moves toward mediation, settlement, or trial.

Day to day, Zane works with providers and copy services to keep requests moving, reviews each record and bill with a careful eye, and keeps detailed notes so the team can see where every request stands at a glance. Providers know her as clear, organized, and easy to work with, and the attorneys rely on her tracking to keep each file current as a case progresses.

For clients, Zane is part of the team working behind the scenes to make sure their story is told in full, with every visit, treatment, and bill accounted for.
