Background & Career

Max began his legal career as a law clerk at a personal injury firm in Sarasota, Florida, before earning his J.D. from UC Hastings in San Francisco. He launched his litigation career in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, where he earned his first Super Lawyers Rising Star designation and a perfect 10.0 Avvo rating.

He later relocated to Houston, where he earned the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 distinction and joined forces with attorney Brian Crockett after meeting at a trial lawyers’ conference.
